Collected messages are automatically enriched with metadata, which can be used for filtering and sorting:

Stories allow to track the discussion of newsworthy events in social media. Stories help detect important events in the information field at the moment of their origin, as well as to assess what events have interested users most of all.AI creates headlines for the stories, clearly reflecting their essence and facilitating analysis.

Message categorization
To track specific categories of mentions, e.g. products, employer brand, newsworthy events, keyword-described tags can be added to messages — automatically and manually.
Each tag displays a feed of messages with integral metrics, detailed statistics, and the ability to export the report.
Meaningful grouping of tags provides multi-level analysis, simplifies and speeds up the preparation of regular analytics.

Aspects
To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a product, Brand Analytics has automatic detection of aspects — the key features of a product — as well as aspect tonality which shows whether users rate these features positively, negatively, or neutrally.

The conditions of tracked changes are flexibly customizable, and alerts are sent to email, group chats, or as a private message in Telegram.

Integrations
Integrations allow you to automatically and/or manually send targeted messages from Brand Analytics with relevant metadata to other systems your company uses for customer support.
At the moment we have realized the possibility of integration with Telegram, the most common HelpDesk systems, CRM-service Bitrix24, as well as with 600+ services via Albato.

API
To store Brand Analytics topic data in your corporate systems, enrich messages with your own data, and process and analyze messages collected in topics using your own tools, you can access the Brand Analytics API.
The API allows you to transfer from Brand Analytics to corporate systems both statistical slices of data on your topics and the messages themselves with metadata, story lines and story line parameters.
